I found the iPad I wanted last week and made an offer of $135. The seller refused, saying he had higher bid amounts the last time he auctioned it. I bumped my offer to $155 but he said he’d like to wait to get a few more bids. I figured a guaranteed $155 would be better than taking a risk on having an auction fail again, but he didn’t bite.
It just sold for $136... :P
